Lamar Advertising – Tri Cities

  • 11,300 SF
  • $2.2 Million
  • Billboard-Inspired Art

CHALLENGE

The challenge of this project was abiding by special code requirements and standardizing Lamar's shop and warehouse facility to increase production.

SOLUTION

The main focus of this project was the billboard-inspired art our team used. This art captured the essence of the company and their product. As a part of the turnkey building process, we standardized their shop and warehouse facility, helping to achieve an increased production level in their shop.

Nearing 11,300 square feet, this $2.2 million production facility included roughly 4,000 square feet of office and support areas with 7,300 square feet of warehouse, shop, and printing facilities.
