Challenge
The owner’s goal was to create an educational environment that fosters interaction and learning through invigorating and functional spaces, while keeping in mind security and safety.
Solution
The new school will be 83,600 SF and has a budget of $15 million. This project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in August 2020.
Bluff Ridge Primary School is the most current education job in our office. Part of a 2016 Parish-wide Bond Initiative, this school is being built to alleviate the maximized capacity of neighboring Oak Grove, Prairieville, Duplessis, and Dutchtown Primary Schools.
