Although many people are familiar with architects, not everyone understands what an architect provides to a client. At Domain Design Architecture, our most important task is to provide the client with a complete understanding of the project during all phases of the project. While the traditional role of the architect was much simpler to define, the current demands on the profession are ever changing due to technology and construction practices, and the increasing complexity of the industry as a whole.

Some of the typical services we provide:

While these are standard architectural services, it is difficult to list all of the facets of the profession that we are capable of providing. Our firm consists of two partners who have an established record of quality design projects and complete client satisfaction. Regardless of the size, we approach each project in the same manner, reaching for the utmost in design while protecting the client’s budget. In doing so, we provide both commercial and residential design services around the state to private clients, developers, and builders. Although very familiar with the traditional method of architectural delivery, we have the ability, experience, and flexibility to produce projects using a variety of delivery methods.

Regardless of the project size or the delivery method, we are willing to assume any role required or requested to make the project a complete success, including stepping outside of the “traditional role” of an architect.
