During the first step of the project, Domain Design Architecture assessed and documented the existing campus facilities, and worked with the board members to develop The Facility Plan outlining the future growth of O’Brien House into five phases. The primary focus of the director was to create a campus identity that was representative of its already outstanding reputation in the community. Included in the renovations are the conversion of a warehouse building into a new dining & kitchen facility, relocation of the campus operations offices into a newly renovated facility, and the upgrading of the existing dormitory facilities to allow the expansion of the number of clients.
