This 145,000 square foot facility houses the Southeast Regional Call Center for this National Insurance Chain. With a construction cost of approximately $15 million, the intent was to provide an efficient floor plan within a large building, while keeping the scale of the building down by taking cues from the surrounding southern architecture. In addition to the architecture, Domain Design coordinated the design, purchasing and installation of the systems furniture of over 600 stations.
