With the project located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Domain Design Architecture worked with the developer and contractor, both headquartered in separate states, to design affordable condominiums in an area that had been devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Utilizing the project specific website, all members of the design team were able to access project information rapidly in order to develop budgets, check schedules, and meet deadlines.
Phase I of the project includes 60-units, divided into five, three-story buildings, a shared clubhouse, kitchen, and fitness center, all designed around a centrally- located pool. Phase II will include three additional buildings with 36 more residential units, and necessary services.
